The Website www.training.com (shall be hereinafter referred as “Website”) and is the property of NIIT. NIIT LIMITED a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956, whose registered office is at 8, Balaji Estate, 1st Floor Guru Ravi Das Marg, Kalkaji New Delhi – 110019 is the owner of the Website. NIIT is providing certain courses which can be accessed online through this Website.

This document explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement. The Services which are provided to the Users by NIIT through this Website has been defined below.

The Website has details related to paid courses offered by NIIT. The Users shall be able to use this Website to interact and avail the services provided by NIIT. Financial transactions may also be required for availing those services and adequate care and security measures shall be taken by NIIT for the same to safeguard the interest of the Users. The rights and liabilities of the parties shall be governed by the Academic Policy.

User:

The term User shall refer to the User who is browsing the Website. The term training.com shall refer to NIIT LIMITED and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies. The term Website may also include other sites which may be owned and monitored or partnered by www.training.com.

Service:

NIIT is providing the service of teaching and imparting knowledge for various steams of subject and education to its Users. The Website is a one point provider of different Courses that the user may want to undergo for his/her skilling. The Website promises to offer Courses by way of various means and methodologies. NIIT through this online Website shall provide various online courses, which may be a combination of live videos and instructor led training, recorded videos and course ware and also classroom based training or teaching. The course curriculum may include training in batches, live interaction with a mentor or instructor, the Learner may also be required to work on a project work as part of the coursework. NIIT may partner with various other websites and a learner may have to access such website for some courses. The terms and conditions of those website overrides these terms and conditions. The details have been discussed in the Academic Policy.

  • Intellectual Property Rights shall mean all intellectual property rights owned at present or in the future to be owned by NIIT including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, copyrights, marks, and designs whether registered or not.
  • It is agreed between the Parties that NIIT shall not bear any damage, expense, and insurance cost of the User, other than what is agreed as consideration payable to the User.

Content and Data:

  1. All content present on this Website is the exclusive property of www.training.com. The software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on this Website belong to www.training.com. No material from this Website may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, adopted, posted or distributed in any form whatsoever without prior written permission from our Website. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this Website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal and/or civil actions. Our Website is a registered trademark of NIIT LIMITED. This trademark may not be used in any manner without prior written consent/license/authorization from NIIT LIMITED.

  5. Our Website does not accept any responsibility towards the contents and/or information practices of third party Websites which have links through our Website. The said links to internal or external Website locations are only for the purpose of facilitating your visit or clarify your query. Any third party contentment is not warranted by NIIT. NIIT shall have the right to use such third party content in compliant to the laws.

Third Party Websites. We may receive Personally Identifiable Information when you access or log-in to a third party Website, e.g., Facebook, from our Websites. This may include the text and/or images of your Personally Identifiable Information available from the third party Website.

Partner Websites providing Online Course and services to NIIT Users may collect nonfinancial individual level User data regarding the individual’s use of that partner Website while engaged with such Online Course and related activities, and the partner Websites may share that data with NIIT for the purpose of improving NIIT’s services, the partner Website’s services, and the individual’s education experience. Third Party Credit Card Processing. NIIT provides you with the ability to pay for Online Courses and other services using a credit card through a third party payment processing service provider. NIIT also suggests EMI opportunity through partner Websites. Please note that our service provider – not NIIT– collects and processes your credit card information.

Communications with NIIT Business Partners. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with University partners and other business partners of NIIT so that they may share information about their products and services that may be of interest to you.

The courseware is issued to an individual Learner on the successful payment of the Course Fee. The Learner is barred from using the same for any other purpose, especially any commercial purpose with any other person, apart from personal use.
